Girl Winter Watch Parties: Kick Off the Season Together
Many locations have Q&A with the filmmakers and athletes.
This fall, the Girl Winter Film Tour is traveling to 40 locations across the U.S., and Women Who Ski is turning these screenings into social Watch Parties. Girl Winter is the name of the organization that hosts screenings each fall in select cities across the U.S. of films shot and produced by women showcasing interesting female winter enthusiasts.
Why Watch Parties?
Before ski season begins, we want Women Who Ski members to meet, socialize, and build connections off the slopes. These films celebrate women in skiing and snowboarding—deep B.C. powder and steep Utah lines, big laughs, heartfelt moments, and the friendships that make chasing big goals even more fun.
It’s the perfect way to kick off the season together.
Become a Local Host
We’re looking for members to serve as local hosts in each city. Hosts simply:
Greet members as they arrive
Hold the Women Who Ski flyer
Optional: organize pre‑event coffee, happy hour, or dinner
Each city has a Facebook Event Page so members can RSVP and connect beforehand. Hosts will be listed as co‑hosts to communicate meeting points.
Member Perk: Ticket Discount
We’re partnering with the film tour organizers so our members receive 5% off tickets using promo code WOMENWHOSKI.
See locations or buy tickets here or by going to the Event Page for your city.
Let’s kick off the season together.
