Instructions

Follow steps to reserve your spot for either Park City / Deer Valley or Big Sky Resort.

1. Join Women Who Ski membership (skip if you’ve already signed up for the 2025/2026 season)
You will need to be a paid member of the Women Who Ski group to attend one or both of these trips (one membership per season regardless of how many trips you attend). The early bird price for membership is $45 until Sept. 1. Head over to our group payment page at this link and pay that before moving to step 2. (More info on Membership benefits here .)

2. Read and agree to payment and cancellation policies.
You will receive an email from Rocket Lawyer with a link to read, initial, and e-sign the Women Who Ski payment Terms and Conditions document. Please do that before paying your deposit. Look for that email in your inbox or spam folder.

4. Pay your deposit.
Last step is to secure your reservation with a deposit. After filling out the registration form, proceed to paying your deposit for the trip you’re choosing. That step is below the registration form.

4. Choose a trip and pay your deposit to secure your spot.

Park City / Deer Valley

You will be making your reservation at the DoubleTree Park City - The Yarrow directly with the hotel. No need to pick up a phone unless you want to speak to someone. Your reservation will be subject to the hotel’s cancellation policy, which is spelled out when you book. It was also stated on the trip information page on our website here. Use the booking link below and follow the instructions.

Official trip dates: Sat. Jan. 31, 2026 to Sat. Feb. 7, 2026. The discounted rates are available for three additional nights as well after the group stay.

2. Confirm your stay dates and update the number of guests.
3. The group discount code will auto-populate under group code. Press “Quick Book” on one of the guest room options. The group rate will include the resort fee.
4. Move forward with payment process to confirm booking.

5. Last step, VERY IMPORTANT: send your confirmation number and check in/out dates to Genevieve by responding to the email you received from her.
