Is your body ready for ski season? Dr. Jessica Buja, PT, DPT is a physical therapist with more than 20 years experience, and a skier since age 4. She runs an online ski fitness program with live Zoom classes.
The video subscription plan is available year-round so you can access the entire program and perform at your own pace.
Check out the 10-minute trial class on her website for a sample of some of the exercises in the program. “Oh my goodness! These classes are amazing! I credit being so much stronger this season to doing these classes at home,” says Genevieve Schmitt, Founder, Women Who Ski.

A lot of members buy stickers to put on their skis and helmet. It’s a great way to share the group with other ladies you meet on the slopes. Carry a few extra stickers in your jacket pocket to give to women interested in joining our group.
