25% off online ski fitness classes
Dr. Jessica Buja, PT, DPT, a physical therapist and lifelong skier, offers an online ski fitness program with live Zoom classes that are amazing. “These classes are incredible! I credit being so much stronger this last ski season because of participating in these classes at home,” says Genevieve Schmitt, Founder, Women Who Ski.
The video subscription plan is available year-round so you can access the entire program and perform at your own pace.

You may share the experience with a friend to split the cost. If geographical distance prevents you from skiing with Dr. Peggy, she also provides online coaching.
