Official Women Who Ski Trip to Park City / Deer Valley
January 31, 2026 – February 7, 2026
Terms and Conditions: this is for read-only information purposes. Once you commit to reserving a spot on this trip, this document will be emailed and you will be asked to agree to each of these terms with your initials and sign the document via e-sign.

Cancellation of your room reservation more than 30 days out

By reserving a room at the DoubleTree Park City - The Yarrow hotel, you are holding a spot on this trip. Therefore, if you need to cancel more than 30 days out from the start of the trip, on or before January 31, 2026, you will notify Genevieve Schmitt of Women Who Ski so she can find a replacement for your reservation. 



Cancellation of your room reservation less than 30 days out

In the event you need to cancel less than 30 days out from the start of the trip, so after January 31, 2026, you are subject to the DoubleTree Park City - The Yarrow hotel’s cancellation policy, which is that you will be charged one full night’s room and tax. 



Finding a roommate
Due to the fact that you are paying the hotel directly for your reservation, Women Who Ski founder Genevieve Schmitt is not responsible for finding a roommate for you if you wish to share the room. Genevieve has provided a roommate finder chat group to help you find a roommate, and she keeps a list of all reservations including those who make a reservation and wish to share a room—at which time Genevieve will suggest roommate pairings by email to those parties interested. This trip package, its price, and its enormous flexibility with dates booked and cancellation policies releases Genevieve Schmitt from any responsibility in ensuring you are paired with a roommate.

Guest and roommate both need to be a member
Due to the nature of the reservation system for this trip, it is necessary that all guests on this trip be registered with Women Who Ski, which includes 1) being a Black Diamond Member of Women Who Ski, 2) registering contact information and preferences via our online registration form, 3) signing our Liability Waiver, and 4) signing our Terms and Conditions forms. Both roommates will need to reach out to Genevieve Schmitt at Gen@WomenWhoSki.org for our booking link. Booking links can not be shared among guests. Genevieve needs a record of each person requesting a booking link.


Replacement fee
If you cancel less than 30 days out from the start of the trip, so after January 31, 2026, and you’d like a replacement to be found for your reservation by Genevieve Schmitt of Women Who Ski who maintains a waiting list so you are not charged one night’s room and tax, you agree to pay a $50 replacement fee to Women Who Ski by credit card for the time and resources it takes to find that replacement and only if a replacement is found. If no replacement is found, the $50 will be refunded to you, but you will still be charged one full night’s room and tax per the hotel’s cancellation policy.

Early departure penalty

If you need to depart the hotel before your confirmed departure date, one night’s room and tax will be charged to your account per the hotel’s early departure policy.
