Women Who Ski — Membership Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a Women Who Ski membership, you agree to the following terms:

1. Membership Eligibility

Membership in Women Who Ski, LLC is limited to individuals who identify as women. By joining, you agree to provide your full name and a clear profile headshot photo without sunglasses or goggles. Women Who Ski, LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate any membership without refund if these eligibility requirements are violated or if false information is provided.

2. Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability

I recognize that skiing, snowboarding, backcountry travel, and other winter outdoor activities involve inherent risks. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any personal injury, accident, or loss sustained by myself and, if applicable, my family members during participation in any Women Who Ski, LLC trip, event, meet‑up, or activity. I further release and discharge Women Who Ski, LLC, its owners, ambassadors, volunteers, and members from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising out of my participation or my family’s participation.

3. Recurring Billing

Your membership is a recurring subscription that renews automatically at the interval selected at checkout (monthly or annually). Your payment method on file will be charged at each renewal unless you cancel prior to the renewal date.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle; no partial refunds are issued for unused time. You may request cancellation by contacting us via email, phone or membership app.

5. Refunds

Membership fees are non‑refundable once a billing cycle has begun. Refunds may be granted only in cases of duplicate charges or verified billing errors.

6. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining accurate payment information. Failed payments may result in suspension or termination of membership benefits until resolved.

7. Membership Benefits

Benefits, offerings, and access included in the membership may evolve over time. Women Who Ski, LLC reserves the right to modify or update membership features to improve member experience.

8. Conduct & Community Standards

Members are expected to participate in good faith and uphold a safe, respectful, and supportive environment. Women Who Ski, LLC may suspend or terminate membership without refund for violations of community guidelines, harassment, unsafe behavior, or misuse of member resources.

9. Agreement to Policies

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions, as well as any additional policies posted on our website.
